Beginning in the early 1990s, Canberra Investment Corporation Limited built a reputation as an innovative and responsible developer of residential communities in and around Canberra. But of late we’ve reached further afield, with ground-breaking developments in Darwin, Adelaide, Margaret River Western Australia and regional
New South Wales.

To reflect our new national focus, we have changed our name to CIC Australia. What hasn’t changed are our principles of sustainability, amenity and community – principles that guide us in offering Australians far and wide
a better way to live.
