Announcement: Lightsview Joint vnture extension into adjoining parcel

The South Australian Government has approved the extension of the Joint Venture (JV) between CIC Australia Limited (CIC) and Land Management Corporation (LMC) to develop an adjoining parcel of land to contain a further 1,000 new homes in its highly successful “Lightsview” development.

FORDE JOINT VENTURE SECURES ADDITIONAL 38ha

The Forde Joint Venture between CIC Australia Limited, Delfin Lend Lease Limited and the Land Development Agency has secured a 38ha adjacent parcel of land in Forde in the ACT to expand its award-winning community at Forde in the ACT by 30 per cent.
